The Minuteman Bikeway is a historic 10-mile trail that passes through the area where the American Revolution began in April 1775. Today, the Minuteman Bikeway is one of the most popular and successful rail-trails in the United States traveling through the communities of Arlington, Cambridge, Lexington, and Bedford. The Minuteman Bikeway is a popular commuter biking and walking path that has been inducted into the national Rail-Trail Hall of Fame and is recognized as a “Millennium Trail” by the White House.
